I am on several health insurance plans:

To verify your insurance benefits, please call the number on the back of your insurance card. If I am not listed as in-network be sure to ask about “out-of-network benefits”. Some insurance companies will reimburse up to 80% of usual and customary fees.

Important questions to ask your insurance company:

  • What is my out-patient mental health copay?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and how much have I met?
  • Do I need prior authorization?

Self-Pay

I have a self-pay rate of $170 for a 55 minute session for individuals and $200 for couples. I accept cash, check, major credit cards, and HSA (Health Savings Account). You can also make payments conveniently and securely online:
